Alberto Sánchez de Rojas

Alberto contributes to successful projects in the industrial and energy field, by making or helping to make right decisions, based on thoroughness and clarity and a sense to boost confidence and cooperation of all the parties involved. Alberto holds a bachelor + master in Industrial Engineering – Energy Technologies and also completed a PMD (Program for Management Development) at IESE Business School. He has more than 20 years’ experience in technical positions, business development and general management, having taking part in conventional and renewable energy projects internationally, from different perspectives: promotion and development including due diligences to secure financing, collaboration agreements with technology providers, consortium structuring, contract negotiation, and EPC services both for third clients and within internal concessional/BOO/BOT/BOOM formulas.
Antonio Vila

Antonio brings wide experience in energy sector, finance, and capital markets. Antonio holds a bachelor + master in Civil Engineering with research aptitude achieved in PhD studies specialized in Hydraulic and Energy, and also completed a PMD (Program for Management Development) at IESE Business School. With more than 24 years’ experience: through technical business development position to management positions; in power transport and generation sector, mainly renewable energy wind and solar investment projects; and from development stages to build and commercial operation; mainly financed under non recourse “project finance” structures.
Roberto Díaz

Roberto provides 24 years experience in project management and business development: PV power plants up to 117MWp, 19 High Voltage Substations up to 400kV, Overhead lines up to 220kV, wind farms up to 325,5 MW, Oil and Gas (5 units) and 1 Thermosolar Power Plant 110 MW+1100 MWh on molten salts; projects amounting up to 1,2 billion US$. He is MSc Industrial engineer, also completed a Business administration program at IESE Business School.
